Privacy Policy

Heads up: Grembi is reader-supported. When you buy through links on our site, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. How this works.

Effective date: 31 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Grembi (grembi.com) collects, why, and what choices you have. We’ve tried to keep it readable.

Who we are

Grembi is operated by GENAZ PTE. LTD. (UEN 202517498Z), a company registered in Singapore (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us about privacy at support@grembi.com or through our contact page.

What we collect

When you just browse. Like most websites, our server and security tools automatically log technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, the page that referred you, and the date and time. We use this to run the site, keep it secure and fix problems.

Cookies and similar technologies. See the cookies section below.

When you contact us. If you use the contact form or email us, we collect what you send: usually your email address, your name if you give it, and your message.

When you join our newsletter. If we launch a newsletter and you sign up, we collect your email address and a record of your consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

When you buy a Grembi tee. Tee orders are handled entirely by the print-on-demand store you buy from (for example TeePublic, Redbubble or Amazon). That store collects your payment and delivery details under its own privacy policy. We don’t receive your card details; depending on the store, we may receive limited order information such as which design sold.

We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 16, and Grembi isn’t aimed at them.

Cookies, including Amazon affiliate cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device.

  • Essential cookies keep the site working and secure. They can’t be switched off through our banner.
  • Analytics cookies (if enabled) help us see which pages people read. We don’t currently use a third-party analytics tool.
  • Affiliate cookies. Many product links on Grembi go to Amazon.com through the Amazon Associates program. When you click one, Amazon may place or read cookies on your device so it can tell that you arrived from Grembi and credit us if you buy something. Those cookies are set by Amazon on Amazon’s site, and Amazon’s use of your data is governed by Amazon’s own Privacy Notice and Cookies Notice. We don’t receive your name or what you bought in a way that identifies you; Amazon gives us aggregated reports of orders and earnings.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. We don’t set advertising or analytics cookies ourselves. Blocking cookies may stop some parts of the site working, and may mean we aren’t credited for purchases (which doesn’t affect your price).

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal data for money. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who help us run Grembi, such as our web host, email provider, security and backup tools, and analytics provider, under contracts that limit how they use it. Our web host is Hostinger.
  • Affiliate partners such as Amazon, as described above, when you click an affiliate link.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
  • A buyer or successor, if the site or company is ever sold or reorganised.

International transfers

We’re based in Singapore and our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where data protection law requires it (for example for data from the EU, EEA or UK), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Contact messages: up to 24 months after the conversation ends, then deleted.
  • Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe, then removed (we may keep a suppression record so we don’t email you again).
  • Server logs: usually a short period set by our host and security tools.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you
  • correct it
  • delete it
  • object to or restrict how we use it
  • receive a copy in a portable format
  • withdraw consent at any time (this doesn’t affect anything done before you withdrew)
  • complain to your local data protection authority

EU, EEA and UK residents (GDPR / UK GDPR): all the rights above apply. You can complain to your local supervisory authority.

California residents (CCPA, as amended by the CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to delete it; to correct it; and to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising. We don’t sell personal information for money. Affiliate cookies set by partners like Amazon may count as “sharing” under California law; you can opt out by declining non-essential cookies in our banner or by using a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honour where we can detect it. We won’t treat you differently for using your rights.

Other US states with privacy laws give similar rights; contact us and we’ll help.

Singapore (PDPA): you may ask to access or correct your personal data, and withdraw consent.

To use any right, email support@grembi.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. We aim to reply within one month.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect personal data, such as HTTPS, access controls and regular backups. No website is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Links to other sites

Grembi links to stores and other websites. Their privacy practices are their own; please read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We’ll update this page if our practices change and change the effective date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
