These terms apply to your use of grembi.com (“Grembi”, “the site”). The site is operated by GENAZ PTE. LTD. (UEN 202517498Z), Singapore (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. What Grembi is
Grembi publishes gift guides, product roundups, checklists and opinion pieces, and links to stores where you can buy things. We don’t sell the products we recommend (apart from our own tees, see section 5). Any purchase you make from a store is between you and that store, under its terms.
2. Our content is general information
Everything on Grembi is general information and opinion, written for entertainment and to help you shop. It isn’t professional, financial, legal, medical or safety advice. Product details, availability and prices change often and can be wrong. Check the details with the seller, and follow the manufacturer’s instructions and any rules that apply to you (for example dorm or lease rules on appliances) before you buy or use anything.
3. Affiliate links
Some links on Grembi are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission when you buy through them. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Read our affiliate disclosure for details.
4. Prices and availability
We don’t list prices because they change constantly. Phrases like “under $25” describe the budget an item usually falls into, not a guaranteed price. The price and availability shown by the store at the time you buy are the ones that apply.
5. Grembi tees
Our original tees are printed, sold, shipped and supported by third-party print-on-demand stores. Your order, payment, delivery, returns and refunds are governed by that store’s terms. Colours and fit can vary between products and printers.
6. Intellectual property
The Grembi name, logo, blob mascot, tee designs, text and site design belong to GENAZ PTE. LTD. or are used with permission. Photos belong to their creators and are used under the licences listed on our photo credits page. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with credit and a link back. You may not copy, reproduce or sell our designs or content, or use them to train or build competing products, without our written permission. Trademarks of other companies mentioned on Grembi belong to their owners and are used only to identify products.
7. Using the site fairly
Please don’t:
- break the law using the site
- try to hack, overload or disrupt the site, or scrape it at scale
- post or send anything abusive, unlawful or infringing through our forms
8. Links to other sites
We link to other websites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content, products, terms or privacy practices.
9. No warranties
We work hard to keep Grembi accurate and useful, but the site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site or any product we mention, including that information is complete, current or error-free.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, GENAZ PTE. LTD. isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or any product you buy from a third party after visiting it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of where you live.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. If you keep using the site after an update, the new terms apply.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
